The business leaders of these SMEs seeking to scale can sometimes struggle with their personal ‘why, how, and what?’. Often, it’s the internal fears, self-doubt and a sense of isolation that hold them back, which in turn holds their business back. Our belief is that to build a leader, you need to start by building the person.
The ScaleX™ Accelerator Programme is a 12-month journey of transformation where you’ll acquire the tools, structure and support to overcome your internal barriers, articulate your vision and unlock your true capability.
