The Challenge

Based in Derry, Northern Ireland, Evermore Energy develops, manages and optimises energy assets for world-leading Banks, Fund Managers, and Private Investors to increase value and enhance sustainability.

As a company, Evermore Energy had a lot of energy and ambition, but they lacked a clear path of where they wanted to go as a business.

CEO and Co-Founder Ciaran Devine wanted to address this but found that there were never enough hours in the day. He found that his time was often so consumed with running the business that he found it challenging to find the time to step outside of daily operations to think about the wider

The Outcome

The business now has a strong vision and clarity of where they are going. As part of the programme, Ciaran and his team underwent an on-site vision and planning workshop. For Ciaran, this helped him to share the company’s vision with the wider team meaning everyone is part of the scaling journey.

Ciaran notes the significant impact the vivid vision component of the programme has also had on the senior leadership team, “We’re now developing how we work as a team, investing in our culture and setting clear processes. Having visible and achievable objectives has allowed our team to grow and go further than ever before.
