It depends on the level/technicality of the vacancies but a minimum of 6 technical/higher level vacancies works best for this model.

We are completely flexible on the project length and appreciate businesses may want ramp up over a 3-6 month period. Typically our Talent Ignite projects last 3 months but can be extended if there is a large number of vacancies or additional vacancies come up throughout the year.
This project can be delivered remotely however, where necessary/required we like to be onsite with you at various times throughout the project.
Through our initial conversations, we will determine/ assign the Talent Acquisition Specialist with the most appropriate experience, skills and cultural fit for your Talent Ignite project.
