Sadly, only 2% of the estimated 400m SMEs globally ever achieve scale despite the huge benefits to society and the economy of them doing so. We’re moving the needle on this and our Vision is clear. Through our ScaleX™ 10 Principle Framework, the core of everything we do, we will inspire, connect and enable millions of ambitious leaders of SMEs across the globe to scale with purpose. Simple Scaling is a movement – one that exists to enable the success of these would-be scalers, to allow them to deliver immense value to themselves, their shareholders, their team, their communities and to society at large.
