Eduardo Briceno
We’re joined by Eduardo Briceño, co-founder of Mindset Works and author of The Performance Paradox. Eduardo started his career in finance after graduating from an Ivy League school, but a personal health crisis led him to pivot toward a purpose-driven career. At Stanford, he studied under Professor Carol Dweck and became an advocate for growth mindset, co-founding the first company focused on its development.
Now, Eduardo works with organizations globally to build learning cultures that improve performance and adaptability. In this episode, we’ll explore the principles behind The Performance Paradox and how leaders can balance short-term results with long-term scaling success.
