ABOUT SIMPLE SCALING
Our Story
After spending 20+ years transforming SMEs into successful, global companies, scaling experts Brendan McGurgan and Claire Colvin came together in 2020 to form Simple Scaling. Their aim was simple: to inspire, connect and enable the leaders of SMEs to scale their business with purpose.
Claire and Brendan carried out extensive research into high-growth, long-standing and successfully scaled businesses around the world. Using these insights along with and their wealth of industry expertise, they authored the Amazon best-selling book, ‘Simple Scaling – 10 Proven Principles to 10x your business’.
They used these tried-and-tested principles to form ScaleX™, the most holistic and comprehensive framework for scaling globally.
The ScaleX™ Framework forms the foundation of the ScaleX™ Accelerator Programme and enterprise-focused Scaling Solutions, which are helping SME leaders all over to grow, thrive and scale their businesses with purpose. Together with the Simple Scaling Team, Brendan and Claire are driven to remove the mystery around scaling up a business and create transformational change in leaders, their companies and the wider community.
